Can hashirama senju the 1st hokage use all biju?

yes it is true ....he was the strongest shinobi that ever lived ...the only one who had original wood element..he could defeat madara combined with power of nine tails....and he was the one who had the power to control all bijuu...and gave them to different villages as peace settlements..he sealed nine tails into his wife...she was first nine tails jinchuriki..(not madara's EMS)..but i suspect that full grown healthy nagato( withut his paralysed body) could have nearly matched him as he had the eyes of sage of six paths....he could do all 5 elemental justsu combined with all powers of 6 paths in his body...and his mighty rinnegan could have matched 1st hokage hashirama senju
