How do I get tickets to the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows pt 2 premier in NYC?

I'm talking the real deal July 11th thing. Not a movie theater. I want the premier with Dan Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, etc. How do I get in there? Do I need tickets? Where can I get them? What do they cost? PLEASSSE HELP! Thank you so much!
