Does he like me or am i just a friend to him? PLEASEEE HELP!!?

So there's this guy i like...obviously and well once i went to the movies with my brother and my cousin(guy cousin) and the guy i like was in the same theater, we're friends so i said hi while i waited on my brother and cousin to come back with the popcorn etc. later my cousin and i went to go get some candy together and the guy i like saw us go together. Next time i saw the guy i like at work he was making fun of me saying i was laughing the loudest in the theater and then he asked if we(my cousin and i) were related since he didnt know it was my cousin so i said yeah(i think he thought he was my boyfriend?). Well he's always all playful and stuff but lately i've caught him looking and he's caught me looking at him too and we used to talk quite a lot and now we'll like walk past each other and not say anything but if one of us talks to the other we'll talk and stuff. And before this 'awkward' stage he has touched my lower back while talking about like 3 times? But i dont know i used to be pretty sure he might like me but i really dont know anymore....oh also he's very outgoing and talks to EVERY ONE.
