Uh oh, today I ate 3000 calories at least... what do I do!?

I don't know what a "Kraft Dinner" is, but there is no way that that list adds up to 3000 calories. If you're going to **** yourself about what you're eating at least try to be accurate. The secret to losing weight is to eat reasonably and healthily and exercise regularly.
