What type of solar shades should I use to protect my sage flowers from being cooked from the sunlight?

Greetings. I am posting this question to someone who knows how to protect their house plants from intense bright sunlight. Recently I have germinated blue sage seedlings in my basement. They were doing very well until I moved them to my four season greenhouse. The problem is I need to protect or shade my plants from intense sunlight, as the heat and the light from the sun causes leaf burn cupping aka sunburned plants. When you plan on building a four season greenhouse can solar shades be installed on the roof glass so to protect your plants. Can someone please notify me.thanks.
