Would i look good with velvet cupcake hair? (pics)?

It says the picture is unavailable. But if you have tannish skin or you always use self tanner then yes it would look awesome. I know four girls who dye their hair that color and they have the PALEST skin you can imagine and it looks rather trashy. You also have to keep up with it. :)
