Is it possible to view 3D on a laptop with a compatible vid card, but a 60hz screen?

I have a Sager laptop with a 555 Nvidia video card. that card supports 3D video, but my LCD screen is a 60hzz screen. Can I still buy the nVidia 3D bundle, or any other bundle, and watch 3D movies?
