How do you setup iPhone to tv with Sony digital media port adapter?

I have a Sony home theatre and this came with it. It only plugs into the back of the theatre nothing els. It has a video out so I plugged a video cable into the back and into the video in on the system.. Then I plugged a cable into the video out on the system and into the AV import on my flatscreen.. i'm 141 pounds. 15 year old girl. 5 feet. im already a member of a gym and have started exercising the past week...i'm doing. 3 days of 1 hour cardio (30 minutes treadmill 30 minutes elliptical) i generally lose 480 pounds on that day. 3 days 30 minute cardio (lose 200 calories) w/ strength training.. then one day of something just random..treadmill, yoga, kickboxing, whatever. i do scattered runs and i walk 30 minutes everyday. my diet is my weakness...thanks to the jugo juice right in my sports club. but i don't eat junk food and i'm trying to cut down excess sugar and fat.. i love trail mix w/ almonds, cranberries, walnuts, pecans, etc. tea..milk..salmon..i know how to eat healthy and i'll take it there. i'm aware i need to lose 3500 calories to lose a pound...and i'm looking about in the first 2/3 weeks i can lose 2/3 pounds each week...but it'll obviously get harder and there will be weaks i'll just lose 1 pound...i just want to know if it's in anyway possible for me to lose 20 pounds in 2 months in a healthy way. i am willing to exercise 2 hours a day if i have to but i will not cut down meals and such..i still am a growing teenager after all (:. thanks so much and please answer!

Even though you like modeling, which is nice, modeling is stupid to me. It's because I'm sure you are a beautiful skinny and full of personality girl. The pictures of models aren't even their real bodies, they actually make them look too skinny like anerxic! Sure if you wanna be a model, go ahead but don't push too hard to diet and end up not liking modeling, because you seem like you enjoy sports too which would be a fun and social way to excursive and even make a living out of it. If you do choose to be a model, you should stick to lots of water and vegetables. Starving yourself is unhealthy and won't do you good! Even if you do lose weight from it, you can get sick from not having your daily vitamins!Good luck!

Craving and eating ALOT! Could this be a sign of early pregnancy?

So me and my boyfriend arent the most careful we should be. I try to calculate when im fertile and at that time he doesn't finish inside me but we do not use condoms and on the days I dont think im fertile, he finishes, I know TMI, but its true. Now my last period was May 20th and I ovulated on the 1st or 2nd of June and we had sex on the 1st. now im bout 8 dpo and the tests say negative but I think I'm testing too early. Anyways 2 nights ago i felt nautious when going to bed. Today was very unusal. I had extreme cravings, which I didnt have for my 1st child. Leftover nuts in the yard? Then there are definitely more mice than the one you see. Anyway...I have had mice for pets as well. Big advantages: small rodent, small cage, can easily be hidden in a closed room if people are freaked out by rodents (especially if you are trying to date). Rats really need to be uncaged and handled more than mice. When they "nip" they obviously can inflict more damage than a mouse. Their cages also need to be cleaned often ---much like ferrets. Basically, the bigger the rodent, the more care, cleaning and responsibility. For their happiness, you will need a pair (same sex--girls are better). I'm having computer trouble?

I'm having some computer trouble. What's happening is that every time I try to place a game on steam, or actually any non browser game, after 10 minutes or so the computer just turns off. Im 16, and I've been working out for a little over a year now. Realistically though, probably less than 1% of writers can survive from their writing. You need a backup plan. Getting a college degree or learning a skilled trade will provide you the means to support yourself if writing doesn't pan out (or at least will keep you alive til your writing takes off). What is wrong with my ferret?

My ferret has no energy what so ever...when I take her out to play she just slumps around, much unlike her old self that would bounce, hop around, and lick you whenever she was taken out. A lot of the time I go in my room to find her in her hammock with her eyes open and her head laying over the side just staring. We have a lot of dogs and when summer starts they get loaded with fleas and then Sage (my ferret) got them too. I was giving her baths in Dawn Dish soap all the time and now they are gone but she still has that lack of energy that I thought was being caused by the fleas. If you're a sound engineer you can still work in the theater or music industries. Just because you major in Business doesn't mean you're restricted to a cubicle, even though that is a stereotype. There are fun jobs out there that a lot of people don't know about and you'll just have to look into that and find them.

Cockroach Problem, Pet Birds in house, what can we do?

We have had an outbreak of cockroaches in our house. Several species. We have bombed the house with anti roach bombs, 2 times. We have sprayed the house with Raid, as suggested. We have used borax and roach tablets. We even used that paste stuff that you squirt in places. We are very clean, dishes washed immediately, trash goes out daily, and we have gone down to only one trash can. What else can we do? We have two Chihuahuas in the house and 4 birds. The bird cages are cleaned almost daily. We have not seen any cockroaches around the bird cages. The birds and dogs are very sensitive, and we really can't spray around their cages. The little dogs can't take much of the pesticides either. The cockroaches are all over the house, and we have never had this problem before. The land lord says it's our problem, and they claim that it is because we live amongst pecan trees. The pest control company want an outrageous amount of money to do the same things we have already done. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Having Boyfriend Problems?

I have been out of school for less than 2 weeks now. As soon as school let out my boyfriend went to Texas on a trip with his dad and I haven't talked to him since. Anybody suddenly allergic to foods while pregnant?

I've never been allergic to any foods til this pregnancy. If I eat almonds, walnuts, or pecans my tongue starts getting fat and my throat closes up. Benadryl has been a godsend. I've been allergic to those things since about 5 months pregnant. Now at 8 months, apples, canteloupe, and cinnamon are doing the same thing. What in the world? i'm 141 pounds. 15 year old girl. 5 feet. im already a member of a gym and have started exercising the past week...i'm doing. 3 days of 1 hour cardio (30 minutes treadmill 30 minutes elliptical) i generally lose 480 pounds on that day. 3 days 30 minute cardio (lose 200 calories) w/ strength training.. then one day of something just random..treadmill, yoga, kickboxing, whatever. i do scattered runs and i walk 30 minutes everyday. my diet is my weakness...thanks to the jugo juice right in my sports club. but i don't eat junk food and i'm trying to cut down excess sugar and fat.. i love trail mix w/ almonds, cranberries, walnuts, pecans, etc. tea..milk..salmon..i know how to eat healthy and i'll take it there. i'm aware i need to lose 3500 calories to lose a pound...and i'm looking about in the first 2/3 weeks i can lose 2/3 pounds each week...but it'll obviously get harder and there will be weaks i'll just lose 1 pound...i just want to know if it's in anyway possible for me to lose 20 pounds in 2 months in a healthy way. i am willing to exercise 2 hours a day if i have to but i will not cut down meals and such..i still am a growing teenager after all (:. thanks so much and please answer!

What herbs am I missing?

I started an herb pot, but I'm still missing some of the basics... its one of those that have the multiple holes on the sides. In it is Lemon Variegated Thyme, Pineapple Sage, Peppermint, Mint, Greek Oregano, Cilantro, Curl Leaf Parsley, and two strawberry plants (they had bright magenta flowers, I couldn't resist). The top had some type of dark purple basil that was just labeled as basil, and another kind of basil that looks kinda like thyme, bushmans basil maybe... a name that sounds like that. The pot has 9 side holes, and a rather large top. Im going to buy another one and plant some regular thyme and sage, rosemary and chives. But that leaves alot of open space... You didn't include your weight, but I think you should incorporate a little more food into your diet, but still healthy foods, such as tofu, brown rice, pasta, fruits, etc.

You can definitely see the draft influence in him with that thick short neck, large head, and fairly straight angles in his hind legs. He's built more to "pull" than to "push" from his hindquarters which is typical of horses with draft heritage. He's a bit downhill but I wouldn't worry about it since he's so young. He'll continue growing and hopefully level out. His shoulder is a bit upright but not bad. Haflingers are really nice little riding horses. Very sturdy and athletic, smart, and generally level-headed. I'm so glad that you rescued him, and I'm sure with your good care he'll be beautiful in no time!

Problem w/ local theater, some insight?

I'm going to apologize right now for the length of this one. Okay, so the story goes my brother wqas crazy shy, but he found this little tiny theater program that put on plays in this 10 by 10 foot theater, and my brother found his love for drama in it, along with his confidance. A few more people join the theater, along with some parents, it gets a little bigger and they move to aan old movie theater, where they keep on putting on productions, the parents run the concessions and the place starts making a hundred bucks or so on every show they put on, the community is good with it.It is a volenteer program, and some realy great kids join, like my bother to find their confidance, and do. Then a pair of really creepy adults Join. The theater was started by Chuck and megan, who are very nice, but have no creep-o-meter what so ever. Creepy guy # one takes over tech stuff, and brings with him a bunch of creepy 15 year old kids who do tech as well, it starts to change the feel of the theater a little, but not bad since they were behind the scenes, problem being if you were to volenteer to do tech now, you had to pass creepy guy's assesment of you, and you haad no choice but to work with his set of obnoxious creeples. Now creepy guy # 2 shows up. He is a rich old dude, and he starts taking over concessions, what were chips and candy are now candy bar and wine. A kid is charged twice as much for a candy bar as an adult girl is. His little set of sluts starts hanging out smoking in front of the theater, getting rid of the family feel of the theater completly. Creepy guy # 2 starts calling it his theater, and now almost all of the good kids that were in the program have now dropped out because of the 2 creepy guys. Now, creepy guy #1 drops away from the theater because Chuck and megan get mad at him, taking with him the house crew, all the lights that the theater owned, and rocky. This was the first move in the right direction for the theater. Now, here is where my brother offers to run the theater for the next year, do the bills and such for them, and I offer to take over tech for them. I know this seems like we were offering to replace creeepy guy one, but our intentions are simply to help the theater, and we are not aiming for a monoply over the theater like they are. When my bro and I told chuck and megan that we would like to step in, they said yes, certainly. And we told them, along w/ several members of the community, that creepy guy needed to go, along with his alcohol and smoking sluts, and they said that they didn't think it would be that big a deal if creepy guy # 2 stayed. Now, my brother graduates highschool, and having planned on working at the theater for a year, he has nothing to do, and is somewhat up a creek with out a paddle because he had always planned on doing this. The theater is falling apart and becoming an eyesore because chuck and megan won't work on it, an dall the while I have been watching from the sidelines, and now I'm wondering what I Should do. I'm so sorry your kitty isn't well. But I'm glad you're trying so hard to do everything right for him. He's really lucky to have someone so caring in his life. He seems to be similar to my cat when it comes to taking medication. I've been through the same things with my cat. To treat a very serious illness, I had to give her medication and it seemed for a while that no matter what I tried, I just couldn't get the medication into her. Then I had to get creative. I don't know if this will work for you, but I'll offer the suggestion, anyway. Try mixing the herbal remedy with a little bit of liquid or canned food and then smearing it on one of his front legs. Cats don't like their bodies to be messy or what they consider dirty, and even if they get something on them that smells or tastes bad, they'll lick it off to clean themselves. So when your cat cleans his leg, he'll be ingesting the medication. This is the only way I was able to get my cat to take her medication, which was a pill that I had crushed and mixed into a little bit of food. She might not have liked the taste of it, but she DID lick it off of herself. I'm wishing you luck with this. Hopefully, with my suggestion or somebody else's, you'll be able to find a way to get the medicine into your cat.

A few questions about engorgement after weaning?

My son weaned at 8 months. It took about 2-3 weeks for the engorgement to go away completely. Mostly because I expressed a little here and there to make myself a little more comfortable. The milk may leak, a little. It'll take 6-8 months for the milk to go away completely. I'm going on my 7th month, and I'm still producing a little. Except it looks more like colostrum, now.

Rainbow cupcakes are very fun to make. You get plain white mix and evenly divide it into seven ziplock bags - number of bags depend on colors and you can use bowls instead of bags, I just always use them. You add food coloring into each set of batter and pour them one by one into the cupcake pans. They look kind of weird from the outside but the rainbow looks better once you bite into them. They look best with white icing with the star shaped tip and rainbow sprinkles.

Hair is wavier on one side of my head...?

My hair is somewhat wavy. It droops down like straight hair, but with a wavy view of it. Kind of like a caramel ocean wave. Forgive the analogy. Anyways, the right side of my hair (from a first person perspective) makes a wave at the end. The part that curls is the patch that covers the temple and is nearest to the bottom of my scalp. I find it odd that it is the only part that kind of curls at the tip. The rest isn't like that. I've cut it and regrown it and it still lies there... taunting me. general admission generally means that you have access to sit/stand just about anywhere. you could sit in the stands if you want or stand on the floor in front of the stage, whatever you feel comfortable with. i advice getting there early so you can get the seats you want :)

A little question about cake?

That cake will not rise because it doesn't have leavening. Baking soda doesn't make cake rise without an acidic ingredient, and the sliced peaches won't react to make the soda rise. It also bakes too hot for too long. Expect a hard, dry, burnt cake.

i'm not sure where you herd that spell casters deck aren't used any more unless your not incluing gravekeepers which are really hard to beat. you seem to be going for a beat down version rather than using a spell counter, spell barrier, or choas versions or even a mixture of two. some people i know use a spell barrier choas versions where they use high atk light and dark spell castors and when the oppanant brings out star dust they bring out choas socuaser, in a spell counter one which i tried, their you use the spell counters to get rid of monsters and traps which get in the way. i found this to be too slow to use right and stuff like skill drain would really stop me so if your going for one i would etheir say go for grave keepers or a chous spell barrier one they work although my own version of choas spell barrier didn't my might try it again some time. by spell barrier i mean secret village of the spellcasters x 3 plus traps to stop them mind you frog monarch will squash this flat.

Blue Bell Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream, why is it grainy?

I love mint chocolate chip ice cream, it's one of my all time favorite flavors, and blue bell ice cream is one of my favorite brands. Tonight for the first time I got mint chocolate chip ice cream, and the ice cream is, well the best word I can describe it as is grainy. It's like there is sand in the ice cream, it is terrible. I also got butter pecan so I tried that is it is delicious no grainy texture at all. Is this the way the mint chocolate chip flavor is or did I get a bad batch!? I'm not able to view your picture, but I could make a guess. I've seen that happen with rats with crooked or broken teeth. They have trouble eating and therefor don't get enough food to grow. Check her teeth to see if they look straight or overly long. If that isn't the problem, you may want to take her to the vet. Some size difference is normal, but if they're as different as you say, she might have something wrong with her.

Naruto Manga 245 Discussion?

I was actually thinking this when I read it. Naruto has a lot more chakra than a normal person so yes the Kyuubi is feeding on his normal chakra, but we need to take into account how fast he's taking the chakra this could explain why he's been able to sustain his new form for so long. Most likely is we'll see a fight sequence start up and then he'll have to exit the nine tails mode because of chakra completion. I'm curious to see though which will come first the fall of Madara or Sasuke because Naruto won't die until the last boss basicly. Musashi probably won't kill Naruto off though with either of these guys it doesn't seem his style. He does kill characters off, but it seems to take awhile with each one. As for staying at the Falls of Truth if he did that he simply wouldn't be Naruto. Naruto is the guy that jumps into things usually without thinking if he didn't we would enjoy him as he is.
